Analytics

IMPROVED

  • Analytics now shows consent-related reports, dimensions, and metrics even without Consent Manager in the license. This lets you work with consent data while using third-party consent management tools.
  • Device definitions for the device type, brand, and model dimensions in Analytics now refresh every two weeks. This improves device reporting accuracy.

FIXED

  • We fixed two chart issues when comparing February to the previous month: dates were shown as February 6, and tooltips didn’t appear on hover. You can now see correct daily breakdowns and hover tooltips for February comparison charts.
  • We fixed an issue that prevented sorting in the report preview when columns were duplicated. You can now sort columns in preview mode without errors.
  • We fixed infinite loading when reselecting the same dimension value in the report preview. You can now preview reports without loading delays across all chart types.
  • We fixed the missing "No data available" text in dashboard PDF exports when using list layout.
  • We fixed an issue where clicking a line chart note marker didn’t open the notes sidebar. You can now click note markers on charts to open the sidebar with the related note highlighted.
  • We fixed two issues in the scheduled reports list: search input lag with large datasets and unintended filtering when changing page size. You can now get faster search results and reliable filtering when managing scheduled reports.
  • We fixed the alert condition value multiplied or divided by 100 when switching between percentage and absolute conditions. You can now switch between them without unexpected value changes.
  • We fixed an issue where the share button became disabled after navigating from the SharePoint tab todashboards or real-time dashboards. The share button now stays enabled regardless of how you navigate.
  • We fixed an issue where alert email metric names appeared as untranslated keys instead of readable labels. Alert emails now show proper metric names in the UI.
  • We added input validation to the session log, quick search, and tracker debugger. You’ll now see clear error messages if copied-and-pasted input has formatting issues.

Data Activation

NEW

  • We’ve introduced a new audience type: sequential audiences. It lets you collect and activate audiences based on a defined sequence of completed actions, ideal for step-by-step workflows like form submissions and completed transactions.

IMPROVED

  • We now calculate audience membership based on when a user first joins an audience and is no longer extended by later qualifying activity. For example, with a 30-day duration, a user remains in the audience for up to 30 days from join time.
